Hey ya :)

School is finally done and i am taking the spring semester off to have my baby in March. I will welcome the summer session with open arms...i miss doing creative assignments that help me think outside the box. Or rather the box i somehow put myself in. I didn't realize i had done so untill the last 2 weeks in my Visualization class. It was a very 'ahaaaa' moment for me. I always do the same things the same way, and it was alot of fun to try something different..in this case i tryed motion blur with a couple kitchen 'tools'. Heres what i got:
It was actually my highest graded assigment for the whole semester. Which surprised me, and proved to me that i really need to try new things with my photography and not be afraid of making mistakes. I most likely wouldn't even make a mistake, it's just that fear that holds you back. Silly when you don't even realize you were afraid of that in the first place. I am glad to have moved past that, and to have grown as an artist because of it.
I am getting excited for Ava Brielle to be born. She will probably be my first newborn session. I haven't had anyone else ask me since i don't have a studion with all the fancy props yet. Though i am slowly collecting some cute baskets and hats and little crocheted items to use. I already have the visions in my head. I cannot wait to make them a reality.
Happy New Years to you all. GOd Bless.
